broken handball court leaves our teams without a home

Cracks in the walls has caused our handball teams to play at Edison's home field this year
Because of cracks in the wall and other aspects of deterioration, the handball teams can not play at our home courts until it is fixed next year.
There are an endless amounts of cracks on the handball courts that prevent the players from being able to move around and follow the ball. This has caused our Handball Lady Hawks to travel to Thomas Edison High School to play their home games.
Mr. Asqui, the head coach of the handball team, states that the delay is due to the “inability to find a budget to put towards the project,” and that we may remain unable to fix the handball courts until probably next year. In addition, the handball courts are connected to the tennis courts, which will delay and throw off the progression and advancement of the two sports seasons if reconstructed.
Hillcrest seems to be putting the welfare of other sports over that of the handball and tennis teams. It is completely disrespectful to abandon the desperate needs of certain sports teams to favor other popular sports teams. At the end of the day, we should push for a change to fix the handball courts. It will allow both the Hillcrest Handball and Tennis Lady Hawks to feel more passionate and prepared to play on their brand new courts, and will also be a lot more convenient for both teams. It is not necessarily the amount of time you spend at practice that counts, it is what you put into practice that does. With the update of their practice equipment, both of these exceptional Hillcrest sports teams will be more motivated and feel more personally inclined to believe in themselves and do better.
